One color!

Getting the creative juices flowing again!  Feels good to work on something to bring the creativity back again!

This week's Penny Black Saturday Challenge is called "Monochromatic Brown." Brown has to be the main color in the creation and all shades of brown are welcome!

Below is my card for entry to the challenge:

Supplies:
Bazzil cardstock
The Paper Loft designer paper
Image and sentiment from Penny Black's Flowers and Wishes set, inked with Versacolor White ink
Versacolor bark ink to "distress" the image
May Arts ribbon
Image cut with Nestabilities petitie oval scallop and petitie oval die-cuts
Corners cut with EK Success corner punch
Sakura glitter pen for some "bling" on the image

Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,

Hello Alicia. this is so beautiful. Love the image and it really stands out against the brown. Very pretty and very effective too. Happy crafting.

Alicia, this is so elegant! I love doing monochromatic cards but I'm loving this style with the corner punches and the Nesties scalloped ovals - they are gorgeous. Really a lovely card! :)

Love this card, Alicia and brown is my favorite color--that's because I am a Taurus, an earth sign ;)

Lovely card! You did a great job with the monochrome. I always have problems doing this.
