Just in time for Mother's Day, this week's challenge is flowers! Your creation should have at least one flower. So bring on the flowers - paper, felt, designed on paper, whatever!
To enter the challenge, create a new project using flowers. You may use any image you like, but if you have any Tellen's Place images, why not show them some love. There may be a freebie for you to use this week on the challenge blog. :) Or head on over to the store to see the images available for purchase. Add a direct link of your creation (not your whole blog) to Mr. Linky on the challenge blog.
Here is my card for the challenge:
I chose Mandy for the image. Isn't she cute with all the flowers?
Cardstock is from Bazzil. Designer paper is from Cosmo Cricket. Love the two sided paper with the different flowers! The ribbon is leftover wrapping from an Easter gift my daughter got from her aunt and uncle. :) So many people have done the ribbon folding, so I gave it a try and winged it. Turned out pretty good after a lot of glue. :) The paper flowers are from Hero Arts. The orange stick on pearls are from Michaels. I used Copics to color Mandy. Mandy was cut, using my Nestabilities large rectangle and large rectangle scallop die-cuts. I added some orange glitter to Mandy's flowers, using my At You Spica orange pen. I used my Sakura glitter pen for the scallop border.

Hi Alicia. What a super card. Love the papers and your design, which highlights your fabulous image of mandy just perfectly. Happy crafting.
Lots of love, Sandra xx
Alicia, you're so sweet! I love those papers too! That scalloped border is just awesome - and you've colored Mandy so cute - love the flower integration; so well coordinated! Thanks for the lovely write -up. There's a new freebie (I'd forgotten, as usual). LOL! I'll send you an e-mail soon about getting together in May for lunch; we get our binders today and I'll be able to see how my schedule works; it's midnight oil burning time! :)
Alicia, I love your choice of papers and the way you have put this together. The way you have done the ribbon is really pretty. I will have to try that soon.
That image is a real cutie and I love the dps and colors you used with it. The ribbon looks fab!
